About

I’m Sophie, an autistic coaching psychology practitioner, researcher, writer, and consultant specialising in post‑diagnostic identity work for neurodivergent adults. My practice integrates existential philosophy, positive psychology, and lived autistic experience to support both clients and professionals navigating the liminal in‑between space that often follows a later‑life autism diagnosis.

With autistic adults, we explore two anchoring questions: Who am I becoming? and How do I grow as that person?

With clinicians, therapists, and workplaces, I help deepen understanding of autistic identity and the developmental shifts that shape post‑diagnostic support. I call it your "post-diagnostic becoming".

Clients come to me to:

  • Integrate post‑diagnostic identity and understand their autistic profile
  • Make values‑led decisions and navigate transitions
  • Build boundaries, self‑trust, and sustainable self‑advocacy
  • Explore unmasking as a choice and recognise their strengths

Diagnosis isn’t the end of your story; it’s the beginning of a more honest one.
